Privacy Policy: Pragmatic, Personal, Private
Last Updated: April 13, 2025
CybrJustice ("we", "us", "our"), part of the ai-nspired ecosystem, operates under a simple, unwavering privacy principle: Pragmatic, Personal, Private AI. Your privacy isn't just a policy; it's fundamental to our design and ethos. We collect the absolute minimum information necessary for the Services to function, and we guard it fiercely.
Information We Collect (and Mostly Don't)
Our goal is near-zero data collection about you:
- Queries & Responses: Your query content and the AI responses generated via third-party APIs are processed transiently. CybrJustice does not store or log your personal information. queries the AI responses are cached on our servers without your personal details. The privacy policies of the third-party API providers (e.g., OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.) govern their handling of this data during processing.
- Account Information (Standard/Administrative Tiers): If you register for Standard Access or future Administrative Access, we collect only the bare minimum needed to manage your account status (e.g., a username or email for login, registration status). This is used *solely* for authentication and tier management.
- Usage Data (Anonymized): We may collect strictly anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., command usage frequency, error rates) solely to improve service performance. This data contains no personal information, IP addresses, or query content.
How We Use Information (Spoiler: We Barely Do)
The minimal information processed is used solely to:
- Enable core service functionality (e.g., facilitate API calls from your browser, manage access tiers).
- (Future) Analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve the service.
Your Data is Not for Sale. Period.
Let's be crystal clear: We never sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information or usage data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. We are not data brokers. We are not marketers. We are building tools for empowerment, not user exploitation. Our business model, present and future, does not rely on monetizing your data. We are not for sale.
Communication: Strictly Opt-In (and Probably Minimal)
We believe in minimizing noise. Any communication from us (like service updates or newsletters) requires your explicit, separate opt-in. We won't automatically subscribe you to anything just because you registered. Frankly, even if you *do* opt-in, we'll likely only send crucial updates because sending frequent emails to you doesn't sound like the best saturday. You can opt-out easily at any time.
Data Storage and Security
Account information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Security relies on your local browser's security, your password hygiene, and the measures implemented by third-party API providers.
Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party AI model providers. Your use of these services via our interface is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them.
Your Choices and Control
- You can clear your browser's local storage for this site.
- You control which queries you submit.
- You control your opt-in status for any communications.
- You can request deletion of your account information (if applicable) by contacting us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
